- 3,680 units of affordable high rise apartments (10 blocks 12- 25 storeys) in Cyberjaya
- 1,500 units of 4 storey walk-up affordable apartments in Nusajaya (IRDA)
- 1,804 units of 4, 5 and 6 storey walk-up affordable apartments in Kuala Lumpur (DRB Hicom)
- 520 units of 5 storey walk up teachers quarters in Proton City, Tanjung Malim (DRB Hicom)
- 576 units of single storey low cost terrace housing in Kuala Selangor (Kerajaan Negeri Selangor and JKR)
- 770 units of modular pre cast bathroom for a signature casino hotel project in Sentosa Island (Resorts World)
